But, man, breakfast was a letdown! The buffet felt small and was running low on food at 8 am. We also dealt with more noise than expected from outside, and the TV was a bit moody.

During my stay, I found the concierge service lacking. The staff member I spoke with seemed unfamiliar with local dining options and barely offered to assist with transportation. I had to insist for them to make a phone call for me, which should have been handled much more graciously given the quality of the hotel.

The location is misrepresented, it's not as close to the airport as advertised!!! The concierge could use more training on local transport options. waiting for assistance was frustrating!!!
